ARE FOODS JUST AS CONSCIOUS AS YOU ARE???? Now before you laugh, poke fun or get your mind set to ridicule this all together, I would like for each and every one of you who read this, to promise to have an open mind, and not shut this understanding out before you even get hold to the knowledge about to be unfolded to you. Now to begin, we need to get a quick understanding of our bodies and its relationship with the Earth. To get as basic as I can, our physical flesh is our house that protects our soul. Since we are also flesh, our flesh has to have a home as well. Therefore the Earth is the carrier of our earth bodies. To put simply, our soul is encompassed by a physical body, and our physical body is housed by the planet Earth. The Earth provides the nutrients needed to sustain human life. Lentils and Beans are foods of Ancient Times. We all know the world supplies our food. Many, many types of food. But the real question is this. What kind of foods are we allowing our physical bodies to be invaded by? The point I am making is our bodies have the wrong relationship with food. We think about food as something to fill our bellies, cure our emotional needs, or something that satisfies our watering taste buds. We all say, it's fine to eat what we want and God tells us to receive food with thanksgiving, but is this really all God created food for? For many of us, we use food as a crutch. As something that comforts us. We use food as a way to fill our desire for it, not fill our needs. Emotionally eating, overeating, fast food dinners, and then dieting is what this society is founded upon. But does this make any sense? When God created food, ask yourself, is the self indulging, greedy spirit and state many of us are in, the real reason he created food? The answer is a resounding NO! God tells us to receive food with thanksgiving, and he means just that. To receive it. Not over indulge in it, not overeat, not lust for it, not slam food it down our bulging bellies. But receive it. As in with kindness, gentleness and respect for what is given to us. So to say this, means with food comes responsibility. RESPECT is something we as a nation are supposed to have, but do not have, for food. For many of us, food is something to cure our emotional pain. To us, eating is a way we use to fix the lusting of stomach and tongue. Food is something we love to indulge in, so much we eat ourselves to ("itis") sleep. To us, eating is anything but a conscious choice of eating food. When we understand food, we will begin to enlighten ourselves to who we are. Food is a source of living. In all actuality, food, before it is eaten, is actually a vibrating (spiritual) code. Scientist call these patterns, or codes, DNA. In this understanding, you have foods that have a higher measure of coding because of how they were created. Biblical understanding tells us fish, fruits, herbs, (lintels) nuts, and beans were favored as foods needed to keep and sustain a healthy body and vital energy. (meaning we wouldn’t get as sluggish as we are today.) This is why Christ ate and had a diet that contained only fish nuts and beans. He also fasted because even with eating healthy, sometimes our bodies need a break from food to detoxify. Fasting is the most natural way to do so. Simply stated, going back to a more biblical diet is the best, most efficient way to keep our bodies healthy, alert, alive and focused. This is the best way to keep disease, weight gain, emotions, and tiredness away. Keeping a diet more in the likeness of our ancient ancestors allows us to keep an overall sense of well being and health. To conclude, food is a way to obtain higher consciousness, when we allow it to be. Food is living, and living foods helps us to live, when we eat foods that are healthy for us. We need to start increasing our diets with foods saturated with life, not death. Unhealthy eating keeps us sick and is also killing us as a nation of people. But there are foods that will keep us healthy alert and alive. Our diets must change. When we to receive the understanding of living a lifestyle more akin to Christ, we allow ourselves to become more and more in the likeness of Him. The diet of Christ was the way many of his disciples (disciplined ones) LIVED. That is to say, kept their energy vibrant and alert so God could use them in a supernatural way. We could be this way as well, if we are willing to change the idea behind food from darkness to that of spiritual truth and light. The time is now, for us to be spiritual activated and enlightenment. The time is now, for us to stop sitting in so much denial, and start letting the truth of Christ, (light) shine within.
